Our campuses are designed to be safe, happy and welcoming. Each campus has:
A friendly reception area managed by the Student Experience team.
Classrooms designed for small class sizes to provide one on one support.
Access to IT resources including Wi-Fi, computer labs and printing facilities.
Online learning materials and assignment feedback through MyTKL – your personal online Student Portal.
Student lounges for socialising, relaxing and eating.
Want to make a difference? The Student Ambassador Program allows selected students to work closely with TKL staff to create an amazing campus community. Ambassadors receive event budgets, personal and professional development opportunities and invitations to networking events.
At the end of each term we have a week dedicated to getting feedback from our students. Through forums, surveys, posters and suggestion boxes you can have a say in the future of TKL and your student experience.
Get support and guidance from two student mentors. They will help you set and achieve goals, navigate the challenges of starting your studies and provide both social support and academic help.
Student life at TKL is busy and goes beyond the classroom. Each term we run a range of free events and workshops on and off campus. Keep up to date with the event schedule and TKL Weekly Events emails.
If you have any issues during your studies our formal Complaints and Appeals process is here to help get them sorted as soon as possible.
You are our priority. Student counsellors are available for appointments whenever you need support.
Australia is one of the safest countries but it’s always good to have the right tools and information to stay safe. Our partner Sonder provides a free 24/7 multilingual safety and wellbeing service.
