Understand your course
Firstly, we encourage all prospective students to find out if you qualify to study your chosen course. Second, you should get to know your intended course and the units of competency beforehand. It is always important for you to review the admission requirements, the cost associated with your course and the outcome of the course before applying for an admission. You will need to choose the course that interests you.
Plan ahead
Think about what you want to do after you complete your course.
Application
Application process involves following steps.
Step One
Complete and send your accomplished student application form. Make sure that you also submit the supporting documents necessary for your chosen course. Supporting documents may include but are not limited to verified copies of previous qualifications, the front page of your passport, previous school transcripts and English Test results.
Step Two
Upon receiving your application, our admission team will assess your credentials if it meets the course entry requirements.
Step Three
If qualified, your application will be processed and the admission team will issue you an Offer Letter and Student Agreement. In some cases, our team members may contact you for clarifications, verifications, submission of additional documents, or provide advice for more suitable options.
Step Four
Carefully review your Offer Letter and Student Agreement. Please check if the course fees, duration, and payment plan are correct. Read through all of the policies and procedures before you sign the offer Letter and Student Agreement. Then send us the signed agreement along with the receipt of the tution fee payment, accomplished GTE form, and GTE statement.
Step Five
Once your payment is verified and reflected on our accounts and your GTE statement is approved, our admission team will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). Use this document to apply for your student visa with the Department of Home Affairs. Once your student visa is granted, please make sure to arrive in Austraila in time for your first class and orientation session.
